Program Fees:
The program fees are determined by the duration of the internship or training periods and include:
- Finding a responsible employer in the United States
- Obtaining a J1 visa for the candidate
- Provide an interview preparation
- Medical Insurance for the whole duration of the program
- Administrative costs associated with the visa processing
- Orientation and other pre-departure advisory services
- Search help for Housing for the candidate
- Emergency assistance
- Advice for tax reimbursement
Depending of the hotel, Placement International offers 2 easy payment options:

General conditions and guarantees

Once a Training / Internship placement plan has been signed by a host employer for a specific candidate, the candidate is considered placed and the full payment is due within 10 business days.

In case of a visa denial, the candidate must return the DS-2019 form and submit proof of denial from the American Embassy or Consulate, 25% will be withheld and account for the administrative cost of Placement International. No refund will be done if the DS-2019 and the Denial letter from the American Embassy is not sent to Placement International.

If the candidate decides to withdraw from the program before the issuance of the DS-2019 but after the employer has signed the job offer, 25% of the placement fee is due to Placement International.

If the candidate decides to cancel after arrival in the US or is laid off or fired by the host employer, the candidate will not be entitled to any refund.

The length of the traineeship agreed within the host hotel and the candidate is based solely on performance and does not bind the host hotel to the full term if the candidate does not meet the host hotel's requirements.

If the host hotel has layoffs or closes for any reason, Placement International will assist the candidate in finding a new host hotel.
