Applying for your Visa
We have designed our visa service to make the process of obtaining your visa as easy as possible.
Required documents for the J1 Visa:
Please notice that we will only consider your application after receiving all documents. Please send all documents at once in a single e-mail. All documents must be in English, or copied and translated to English.
□ English resume (with details about your tasks/experiences during your past experiences) Sample1, Sample2
□ Essay explaining why you wish to gain experience in the US. Sample essay
□ Copy of your passport (must be valid up to 6 months after the end of internship/training) and of your previous visa(s) if applicable
□ 1 Picture (smiling and in professional attire)
□ Copy of Diploma (only if diploma is in English) or official letter from your school stating that you are a current student or confirming you graduated (no more than 12 months prior the start date of your internship program). Degree/Diploma must have been acquired outside of the USA.
□ School verification letter (stating that the school is a post-academic institution) (If applicable)
□ Letter of recommendation Sample letter and guideline for the Management Training 12 to 18 months
□ Candidate profile document filled Candidate profile for Work & Travel/ Intern/ Trainee
□ Completely filled in and signed Application Checklist - please choose one from the following list:
□ Signed Placement International agreement (will be sent to you by e-mail after receiving all the other documents)
□ Confirmation of payment (payment order information will be sent to you by e-mail after receiving all the other documents)
For the visa filling only:
- Offer letter from the Host Company and the contact information of the person in charge.
