| How to Apply
Step 1: Please send us the following documents all at once by e-mail:
□ English resume (with details about your tasks/experiences during your past experiences) Sample1,Sample2
Step 2: Within our Registration Process of collecting all your required documents, we will conduct an English pre-screening interview with you in order to see what kind of preferences you have regarding your internship/ training in the U.S.
□ English resume
□ Essay explaining why you wish to gain experience in the US.
□ Copy of your passport (must be valid up to 6 months after the end of internship/training) and of your previous visa(s) if applicable
□ 1 Picture (smiling and in professional attire)
□ Copy of Diploma (only if diploma is in English) or official letter from your school stating that you are a current student or confirming you graduated (no more than 12 months prior the start date of your internship program). Degree/Diploma must have been acquired outside of the USA.
□ School verification letter (stating that the school is a post-academic institution) (If applicable)
□ Letter of recommendation Sample letter and guideline for the Management Training 12 to 18 months
□ Signed Placement International agreement (will be sent to you by e-mail after receiving all the other documents)
□ Confirmation of payment (payment order information will be sent to you by e-mail after receiving all the other documents)
Important:
- Please note that we will only consider your application after receiving all the documents. Please send them all by email under Word, Acrobat or Jpeg Formats only. Apply Now or send to info@placement-int.com
- All the documents should be in English or officially translated in English (we will not accept documents in any other language)
Step 3: After we have received your complete application we will start our research process in finding you a placement. Once we found you a suitable position you are interested in we will contact you immediately to schedule an interview with you and the potential employer.
Step 4: Once you got accepted for the placement we will work on the legal documents and send them to you and the host company for signatures.
As soon as we received all the signatures and have processed your application entirely, we will send you a DS-2019 form which you will take to the US consulate for your interview. Do not make a consulate appointment until you are instructed to do so by PI. Additionally, you should not make any flight arrangements until you have your visa sticker from the consulate.
Please send the paperwork attached to an email as soon as possible to avoid any delays in processing your application and receiving your visa.
